This paddle shifter has been developed to bring performance to the highest level with results on the single lap and outstanding race pace. 

As shown by the telemetry data, using the Race paddle shifter the timing for shift down and up is shorter then manual lever, and combined with the constant presence of two hands on the steering wheel, this sysytem allows you to get a great driving performance. This is achieved thanks to a more complex software that is based on the RPM read from the elecotronic control unit (ECU). 

The Lab Race electronic paddle shifter for go kart kit include the steering paddle system with magnetic retaining hinges, the actuator specially modified to increase performance, plug&play wiring, and the control unit fully programmable through our bluetooth APP "the lab motorsport" available for Android on store. 

Following a fluid dynamics study, the actuator was equipped with an air flap to avoid turbulent flows near the engine air filter. 

Also the steering paddle shifter for kart Race version is complies with CE directives and FIA directives for use on racing vehicles. Use allowed for FIA KZ category (not KZ2).
